Also worth a visit is the lakeside town of Zell am See for a stroll along the promenade or take a short boat ride on the beautiful lake.
Travel to the highest mountain of Austria, the Grossglockner. With an altitude of 3,798m the Grossglockner is also one of the highest peaks of the Alps. From the Franz Josephs Höhe you have a magnificent view of the glacier.
